Mexico's Omar Govea joins Royal Antwerp on loan from Porto

Mexico midfielder Omar Govea has signed for Royal Antwerp on a one-season loan from Porto, the the Belgian club confirmed on Thursday.

The 22-year-old was on loan with Royal Excel Mouscron last season and impressed, earning a call-up to the Mexico squad last November and then again in the March friendlies earlier this year.

Govea's agreement includes a purchase option and the San Luis Potosi native could debut as early as Sunday, when Antwerp takes on Club Brugge.

Former Manchester United midfielder Anderson has completed a move to Adana Demirspor, the Turkish second-tier club have confirmed.

Anderson, who won the Champions League as well as four Premier League titles while at Old Trafford, had been without a club since January when he left Internacional following a three-year spell.
