Watford sign goalkeeper Ben Foster and winger Ken Sema

Ben Foster.

Watford announced the dual signings of goalkeeper Ben Foster from West Brom and Sweden winger Ken Sema from Ostersunds on Thursday.

Foster, 35, signed a two-year deal with a club option for another season, ending a seven-year spell with the Baggies, who were relegated in May.

The goalkeeper reportedly refused to join West Brom on a preseason trip to Portugal.

Foster has previously played for Watford on loan between 2005 and 2006, making 81 appearances and helping them win promotion to the Premier...

Premier League clubs tracking Ostersunds' Saman Ghoddos - sources

Ostersunds' Saman Ghoddos has caught the attention of several Premier League clubs.

A host of Premier League clubs are tracking Ostersunds striker Saman Ghoddos following his impressive Europa League displays against Arsenal, sources have told ESPN FC.

West Ham United, Leicester City, Southampton, West Bromwich Albion and Brighton & Hove Albion had scouts watch Ghoddos, who helped set up both goals in Ostersunds' stunning 2-1 victory over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday night.

Ghoddos caught the eye in the first leg meeting in Sweden last week and won praise from Arsenal...

Arsenal survived a major scare to secure their spot in the last 16 of the Europa League despite suffering an embarrassing 2-1 home defeat to Ostersund.

After building a commanding 3-0 lead in last week's first leg in Sweden, Arsene Wenger's Gunners appeared to be coasting into the next round, only for two goals in 70 first-half seconds to send a half-empty Emirates Stadium into panic.

A Calum Chambers own goal and a neat finish from Ken Sema had Graham Potter's side two goals up at half-time --...

Arsene Wenger: Arsenal won't ease up in second leg vs. Ostersunds

Arsenal took advantage of some woeful defensive errors to brush aside Ostersunds and put one foot into the Europa League round of 16.

OSTERSUND -- Arsene Wenger says he won't let up on Ostersunds in the second leg of their Europa League tie, despite Arsenal earning a "comfortable" 3-0 win in Sweden on Thursday.

Arsenal all but secured a place in the round of 16 after outclassing the small Swedish club throughout, jumping out to a quick 2-0 lead that made sure the icy conditions and artificial pitch at Jamtkraft Arena weren't a factor.

Mesut Ozil added a third goal in the second half and David Ospina saved a late penalty to deny...
